This downstairs storage room (above) was spacious enough to store lots, but the large size also meant it was an easy target for tossing anything and everything. The photo below shows how we "staged" most of the storage room stuff in a nearby room while we set up shelves.

One of the storage rooms was cleaned out, one got some new shelves and was used for storage, and an outside covered patio was converted into an additional storage area.
